It's probably not technically correct to say we have truly "unlimited" funds, but our network is spreading and we're uncovering syndicates that regularly buy multi-billion pound deals - including London City office tower blocks, chains of London hotels, and so on.
Also, it's probably not correct to say that all our "cash" transactions use HARD-CASH. Most are indeed true hard-cash but some are also purchases by buyers who have pre-agreed private or commercial lending facilities. What we mean by "cash" is that the buyer does not need to apply for finance - so no time is lost, and there are no risks of finance being declined.
Our favourite Fund is approx £150m HARD CASH and allows us to buy ordinary or rundown residential properties in London and South-East England, completing within as little as one week. Not many companies can compete with us on such a large scale (note that this Fund requires us to achieve at least 30% gross return form each transaction).
