We'll pay any fee you want - as long as the deal meets our requirements!
Find a nice £1m house in London, agree the deal at £500k - you can have up to a £200k fee!!!!
We're so hungry for London deals that, for a trial period, we'll pay any fee as long as at least the following criteria are met to our satisfaction:-
- Deal fully agreed with vendor (no "leads")
- Strong comparables or RICS valuation evidencing genuine discount
- Normal house or flat (no unique properties)
- Located in city or suburbs within London M25 (eastern quadrant only if exceptional)
- Good resale demand
- Good quality photos and details (or estate agent details)
- Fast turnaround cases only (requiring no more than light refurb)
- Ideal price around £500k, but up to £1m (more if exceptional)
- At least 30% genuine discount (more if works required) after taking your fee into account
For the right deal we can exchange within 24 hours of viewing and complete within 2 weeks (paperwork permitting).
Of course, as ever, we're still interested in properties in other parts of the UK, and more expensive properties within London - but our usual fees and criteria will apply in those cases.
